Plein Air
Plein Air paintings are painted on location, accommodating the elements and changing light.
They are direct and often impressionistic in nature.
Serena began painting plein air with the New Hampshire Plein Air Painters and
has continued with the Thousand Oaks Plein Air Painters and Plein Air Painters of Riverside (PAAR) in California.
